Performance Art in Williamsburg, Brooklyn
If you are in Williamsburgh Friday night, come see us:
WILLIAMSBURG, BROOKLYN: The Northside Town Hall Community and Cultural Center presents the first in a series of Friday evening performances held once a month from April through August. Starting at 6pm on Friday, community, activism and artists come together to breathe life into the vacant Engine 212 Firehouse, creating an evening in the spirit of the art happenings and ad-hoc events/exhibition of the old Williamsburg days.

Vera Angelico & Zahava Rozman will engage the passing public and attending audience in a performance art piece, asking “What’s Your Burning Issue?” with the intention of creating a sacred space where visitors can freely and openly express themselves in a community of supportive listeners. This first Arts Happening event will initiate the process of renovating the building into an arts and community center.
All performances are free and take place from 6pm to 10pm at 134 Wythe Ave. btw. N. 8th and N. 9th Streets in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
